12.5.12

We are here without understanding. We are here without understanding. We are here without understanding. We believe what we believe to survive. We believe what we believe to survive. We are here but we do not know and we only believe. We think we understand but our vision is quark-thick.

We are here with only the rarest sagacious mind. We are here with blank paletteWe are here to colour that palette. We are star stuff, we are stardust, we are whatever god you believe in, we are here to understand though we are so far without understanding. We learn that someday we may know.

We feel and we believe and we think but we as yet understand only parts of the greater Everything and All. If there is, if there was a god, we are It, all divvied and split and flung about in the Void, our essence is that of which all can ever be, but we are not all that could ever be. The mind in its mystery seems a catalyst for all possibilities, but we do not understand how, or why. If god exist(ed)s we are it, trying to parse the reason and the purpose for such existence. If there ever w(as)ere a god(s), we all would've have once been - all stars and all dark and all machinery and life and non-zeroes, all - a coherent, brilliant Ding-an-Sich, something so grand and powerful as to be utterly unknowable in its immensity, and totally averse to experience.

And here we are, without understanding. Here we are, in belief. Here we are, searching for truth in a vast ocean of its myriad forms. Here we are, walking a dim-lit road and there in the distant future a fork where if we turn one way we return to the unknowable, perfect thing, and if we turn the other we see and feel and forget and hurt and weep and taste and love and praise and laugh and have and lose and loose and cage and try and fail and succeed and pass and birth and bear and hear and move and learn and maybe on this path there is the slim possibility of knowing, of beginning to understand what we are, what we were, and what we may come to be, on a level still more fundamental than the (meta)/physical.

22.7.11

Ye Shall Not Worship!

You foolish (Wo)Men!

You who claim righteousness! All you what claim conversation with God, you who invoke and engender suffering for that in which you believe! but do not know. You who claim conversation with the Devil! All you who know only what you feel and believe it to be truth! All you fanatical idealists!

This is over now, because we say it's over! Your wars and your murder and your thievery and deceit are relics! of a doomed species! given not to graceful balance, but to violence and apathy disguised as righteousness and peacefulness! We who are unafraid of the unknown, We who walk boldly into it as one, We will be the denouemont of your existence. We will descend with the wind, and with the greatest malice! and you will try to pull us from your withered, decrepit souls, but we will be too deep inside, and when we reach your heart it will burst and you will burst open and you will nourish the ground as your last atonement for your despicable, thoughtless, pathetic and chemical reign.

We know of Order and Chaos. We know that extremities are comfortable only in the most shallow sense, that balance of compassion and reason is key to not only Our survival but the survival of all the history of the planet from out of which We have sprung. We know that the Path will be paved with mistakes, but they will be OURS to make, not your God's or your Devil's.

Go now, with your hate as love and your love as greed…

Go now, and fade.

Aldous Huxley

"Armaments, universal debt, and planned obsolescence - those are the three pillars of Western prosperity. If war, waste, and moneylenders were abolished, you'd collapse. And while you people are overconsuming the rest of the world sinks more and more deeply into chronic disaster."

"...two thirds of all sorrow is homemade and, so far as the universe is concerned, unnecessary."

"A democracy which makes or even effectively prepares for modern, scientific war must necessarily cease to be democratic. No country can be really well prepared for modern war unless it is governed by a tyrant, at the head of a highly trained and perfectly obedient bureaucracy."

"Universal education has created an immense class of what I may call the New Stupid, hungering for certainty yet unable to find it in the traditional myths and their rationalizations."

"Pleasure cannot be shared; like Pain, it can only be experienced or inflicted, and when we give Pleasure to our Lovers or bestow Charity upon the Needy, we do so, not to gratify the object of our Benevolence, but only ourselves. For the Truth is that we are kind for the same reason as we are cruel, in order that we may enhance the sense of our own Power...."

"So long as men worship the Caesars and Napoleons, Caesars and Napoleons will duly rise and make them miserable."

"It isn’t only art that is incompatible with happiness, it’s also science. Science is dangerous, we have to keep it most carefully chained and muzzled."

"For at least two thirds of our miseries spring from human stupidity, human malice and those great motivators and justifiers of malice and stupidity, idealism, dogmatism and proselytizing zeal on behalf of religious or political idols"

"There will be in the next generation or so a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them but will rather enjoy it."

"The more powerful and original a mind, the more it will incline towards the religion of solitude."

3.7.11

Altruists are not friends of war

You think resources have nothing to do with anything, eh? That's what war is about. Resources, or property. Even religious wars aren't religious at their core, it is just a ruse to get the purposely under-educated working men and women to support and die in said wars.

28.4.11

SILENCE!

We humans are no longer bound by your Gods and your Satans. This is not their battle, and we are neither their slaves nor slaves to those who would use them for control. There is Order and there is Chaos. We will find our own way through these two truths, and we WILL DO SO without the ever raised backhands of Holy Conflict and Righteous Obedience. You're a dying breed.

Mistakes will always be made, but they will be OURS to make. They will not be bound to some fanatic adherence to ideologies so far removed from each other that they can't even see the Path for the winding road.

Go now, and fade.

15.4.11

I am rootless and at home. I feel and pledge allegiance to my fellow man and my fellow man ALONE.
